Texas Wool Week™ & Bandera Fiber Arts Festival • Vendors at The Sheepwalk Ranch

Vendor Applications Are Open!
Texas Wool Week is now accepting applications from Farmers, Fiber Artists, Artisans, and Homestead Arts practitioners. 

Join a gathering rooted in skill-sharing, storytelling, and thoughtfully made goods.

10x10=  $25 • 10x 20 = $50


Vendor Information

• Vendors are permitted one 10×10 space or 10x20 space.

• All vendor fees must be paid by September 1, 2026 to secure your spot.

• Set-up begins at 7:30 AM Friday. Thursday by early notification.

• Market hours are Friday 10 - 5 / Saturday 9 - 5 / Sunday 9 - 3.

• This is a Rain or Shine event.

• Vendors must bring their own tent weights, sides, and any other setup needs.

• No refunds after December 1, 2026. You may transfer your booth fee to a sponsorship only.

The entire week is held at The Sheepwalk Ranch, 5305 Hwy 173 North, Bandera, Texas just 5.5 miles NORTH of Bandera. We will be featuring a true farm to fiber arts experience with mill work, dye studio time, fiber arts classes with amazing teachers, and amazing vendors. 

We accept applications for farms/ranches, fiber arts and fine arts, homesteading and finished goods.

We will be celebrating our 12 year anniversary as a Retreat and Festival Week in the Texas Hill Country.
